My Role:
Vik Khasat, a successful business owner himself, is a Private Wealth Advisor specializing in comprehensive planning for next-generation entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. Through the application of real-world business management and financial planning experience, Vik is in a unique position to address the ever-evolving challenges and opportunities that business owners face and the intersection of business and personal planning.
Work History:
Prior to joining IronBridge, Vik spent 15 years working at an institutional asset manager delivering a wide range of consulting services to independent financial advisors. In that time, he worked in various roles but most notably as a Director based in Austin, TX. Vik has also started two businesses in both real estate and hospitality.
Where I Come From:
Vik was born and raised in Delaware but soon after moved to Philadelphia before taking a promotion to lead a territory in San Francisco, CA. He currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife, newborn daughter and two dogs.
Education:
Vik obtained his B.S. in both Finance & Economics from the University of Delaware. He also obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2018.
My Why:
From a young age, Vik has always had an interest in capital markets and the implications of making the best possible financial decisions. Through his 15 years of experience in asset management and the complexities of starting and running two businesses, he’s developed a keen interest in helping individuals and families achieve their goals and view of financial success.
