Shelby manages scheduling for service appointments and financial reviews, ensuring clients receive timely support. She also handles all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate advisor or operations team member to provide a seamless experience.

Before joining IronBridge Wealth Counsel, Shelby worked in client service and administrative roles where she developed strong organizational and communication skills. Her experience has taught her the importance of creating efficient processes and delivering exceptional client care.
Where I Come From:
Shelby grew up in Sellersburg, Indiana, and now lives in Marysville, IN with her husband, their son, and a rescue dog. Outside of work, she enjoys boating on the Ohio River, planning trips to Key West, Florida, and lending a hand at her husband’s car dealership.

Shelby earned an associate degree in education, but along the way she discovered her true passion—helping people through exceptional customer service. That realization led her to pursue a career where she can make a meaningful impact by creating positive experiences for clients every day.
