My Role:
As a Private Wealth Advisor for IronBridge Wealth Counsel, Justin serves as a family financial coach and next generation planning expert for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational families. Justin’s practice centers around financial education and goals-based financial planning with a focus on financial independence, career transition, wealth inheritance and family planning.
Using a sports analogy, if you’re the owner of the team, Justin acts as the coach who understands all the players and works with you to develop and implement the right game plan for you and your family (your team) to achieve success throughout the game we call life.
Work History:
Justin began his career with UBS Financial Services as a Client Service Associate on a veteran advisor team. He then transitioned to serving as a Financial Advisor working with the firm’s emerging affluent clientele before joining IronBridge Wealth Counsel in 2022.
Where I Come From:
Justin was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. After college, Justin moved to Miami before heading up to the Big Apple in 2021 where he currently resides. In New York City, Justin enjoys attending sporting events, concerts and comedy shows, running along the East River and West Side Highway, and trying new restaurants. Justin frequently visits South Florida to spend quality time with family, work on his golf game, and get out of the cold northeast winters.
Education:
Justin graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Sport Management and B.A. in Business Administration. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and also holds his SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
My WHY:
Having lost his dad to a heart attack prematurely, as the oldest child, Justin became the financial leader for his family at an early age. Justin was faced with more questions than answers and had to make many difficult financial decisions that he felt ill prepared to make at the time. He kept thinking to himself “Who can I go to for help?” “Who can I Trust?” “Why was I not taught financial literacy in school?” and “What could we have done differently to plan better?” Since then, Justin has made it his mission to make sure no other child has to ask similar questions. He believes that everyone should have a financial plan and trusted partner to help combat the stress of managing one’s finances. Justin is grateful for the opportunity to serve as his clients’ trusted advisor.
Community Engagement:
The importance of supporting his community was instilled in Justin at an early age by his parents. Justin currently serves as the Georgia Boys Program Director at Experience Camps, a non-profit that sends kids who have lost a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver to a free overnight camp. Every year, Justin leads a weeklong program for 100+ Campers and 50+ Volunteers transforming the lives of grieving children through compassion, connection, and play. It’s truly the best week of the year! Additionally, Justin is passionate about providing Financial Literacy resources to local schools.
