Client Services Coordinator

My Role:

Ian serves as a Client Service Coordinator for IronBridge Wealth Counsel. In this role, Ian provides CRM administration and assists with client services and operational tasks, primarily for Andrew Burdsall, Kristina English, and Adam Henley.

Work History:

Ian transitioned full-time into the financial industry in 2025 and joined IronBridge Wealth Council in 2026. Previously, he spent almost 25 years with iHeartMedia entertaining audiences on the mic and operating in a variety of organizational and management capacities behind it.

Where I Come From:

Ian is 100% The Ville. Born in Louisville, KY and raised in Kentuckiana, it has always been home. He likes to spend time with his wife Marjie and go to University of Louisville sporting events (Go Cards!). He also enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and seeing what crazy things their two cats, Elizabeth Grace and Luke William, will do next.

Education:

Ian has a B.A. in Telecommunications (Production Option) from Ball State University where he also graduated from The Honors College.

My Why:

From the time he was a pre-teen, Ian’s father encouraged him to learn how to take care of his own finances. He used to say, “If you want to retire, start saving early. Pensions and Social Security won’t be around when you get older.” So, Ian did just that, and along the way he learned that he has an aptitude for the financial industry that turned into an enjoyable career path after his stint in the media.

Community Engagement:

Ian participated in a wide variety of charitable and community-oriented events when he was in the media, but the one he focuses on now is the annual Jingle Bell Run- Louisville to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. With arthritis affecting his wife, father, and mother-in-law, the Jingle Bell Run is an easy cause for Ian to support as he knows the effect it can have on people and how difficult it can make even the smallest aspects of their daily lives. Ian also happily supports Jeffersonville, Indiana’s Animal Protection Association, where he and Marjie adopted their two aforementioned fur children.
