My Role:
Hussien is a Private Wealth Advisor at IronBridge Wealth Counsel, specializing in working with Native American families and Native Americans in executive leadership roles. He understands both the cultural landscape and the planning nuances involved, allowing him to build financial roadmaps that help clients achieve their goals. Hussien continues to be a student of the financial planning industry and takes great pride in guiding clients toward long-term financial success.
Work History:
Hussien’s work experience started in the industrial field, working as a contractor at coal fired powerplants. From there, he transitioned into an administrative role which sparked his interest in finance. Prior to joining IronBridge, Hussien worked for Bentley University’s Graduate Admissions Program as a Senior Graduate Ambassador, serving as the first point of contact for their global markets.
Where I Come From:
Hussien grew up in Shiprock, New Mexico on the Navajo Reservation. He spent the majority of his earlier years in the area prior college. Hussien returned to New Mexico in 2021 to join Cole Stoneman at IronBridge Wealth Counsel in the Farmington office.
Education:
Hussien graduated with a Masters in Financial Planning (MSFP) from Bentley University and a B.S. in Business Management from Haskell Indian Nations University. He also holds his Life & Health Insurance, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. Hussien is on the path to obtaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
My WHY:
I want to help people and make positive impacts on their families’ financial future by focusing on their next generation. My focus and passion is on serving the Native American and Hispanic communities. Having been raised amongst both these communities, I witnessed firsthand the need for thoughtful financial planning, built around these unique cultures.
