My Role:
Erica is a Financial Analyst for IronBridge Wealth Counsel, LLC. In this role, she assists the Finance Department with financial recordkeeping and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and other core finance functions.
Work History:
Prior to joining IronBridge in 2026, Erica worked for many years as a Financial Analyst for Bank of America. She supported multiple business units through financial forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
Where I Come From:
Erica was born in New Jersey, grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania and lived for over 14 years in Boston. She later relocated to South Florida, where she currently resides with her husband and two children.
Education:
Erica has a B.S. in Finance and Human Resources from Boston College.
My Why:
Erica developed a strong foundation in fiscal responsibility, saving and investing through her upbringing, influenced by her father’s career in investment management.
Community Engagement:
Erica volunteers regularly at her children’s school and is actively involved in the PTA, serving as both Treasurer and Room Parent.
