Edward T. Kemm, CLTC© is a Private Wealth Advisor serving retirees, families with special needs children, first responders and business owners in Southeastern United States. Edward believes in goal oriented financial planning coupled with sound advice toward achieving financial goals.
Work History:
Prior to working for IronBridge Wealth Counsel, LLC, Edward worked for Oppenheimer & Co, SEI Investments, State Street Research and Management (later purchased by BlackRock), AIG, Citibank, and an investment consulting firm Independent Portfolio Consultants. Additionally, Ed successfully owned and operated his own commercial services business.
Where I Come From:
Edward grew-up in Wall Township and Rumson, NJ. After college Edward lived in Boston, MA, Hoboken, NJ, Chester Springs, PA before settling in paradise in Palm City, FL.
Education:
Edward graduated from Suffield Academy before going to Syracuse University to earn a B.A in Economics. Edward hold his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations as well as his life and health insurance license. Edward holds the Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC©) designation.
My Why:
I am a parent of a Down Syndrome child, and I want to help families navigate the complexities of special needs planning. Additionally, I have seen terrible outcomes when a family-owned business is not prepared for a transition to the next generation or someone is not prepared for retirement that may last over 30 years. It is my mission to help families create a financial plan that meets their goals and objectives while avoiding the big mistakes.
