My Role: 

Andrea is Chief of Staff for IronBridge Wealth Counsel, LLC. In this role, Andrea focuses on strategic initiatives, project management and increased organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Previously, Andrea worked as Wealth Management Specialist supporting the investment management division.  

Work History: 

Andrea joined IronBridge Wealth Counsel in 2018. Prior to joining IronBridge, Andrea was a Corporate Vice President, Team Lead and Portfolio Specialist for a Fortune 500 Company. Previously, she was an Investment Consultant for a boutique firm focused on client retention. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of financial advisors and their clients across the county. 

Where I Come From: 

Andrea was born and raised in South Florida. After college, Andrea moved back to South Florida where she met her husband, Jason. They then moved to New York City and Charleston, West Virginia for career opportunities. After seven years away, they moved back home to be close to family and now reside in Delray Beach, Florida. They have two daughters, Gianna Grace and Gabriella “Ella” Joy. 

Education: 

Andrea has a B.S. in Finance and Theology from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Florida. She has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation. She is Series 7, 66 and 24 registered. 

My WHY: 

Andrea has always been interested in business and knew she would have a career in this field. After interning during college, she fell in love with wealth management. Andrea is passionate about financial education and helping clients attain financial independence. Andrea is especially empathetic to those in medical professions. Andrea’s husband is an oral surgeon and previously owned his own dental practice. Andrea met many residents and doctors during Jason’s training years and understands their unique challenges as new graduates or established professionals.  She strongly believes that healthy individuals should have healthy finances, too. 

Community Engagement: 

Andrea volunteers with the children’s ministry at her church and co-leads a small group through Financial Peace University, a course designed to help individuals obtain financial freedom. She is involved with her childrens’ school and has served on their Gala committee and as a classroom ambassador. She is a past board member of the Breast Treatment Task Force.
