Where I Come From:
Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Alicia is proud to call the region home. She and her husband, Chris, are grateful to be raising their family in the same community that shaped them.

Alicia is driven by a passion for supporting people. She finds purpose in creating structure, clarity, and positive experiences that help teams feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work. Her goal is always to make a meaningful impact—both within IronBridge and for the clients the team serves.
